Privacy Policy for Delta

Your privacy is our core value. This Privacy Policy explains how Delta ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information. Unlike most productivity apps, Delta is designed to be private by default.

1. No Data Collection by Us

We do not collect your personal information on our servers.

  • No User Accounts: We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or social media accounts.
  • Local-Only Data: Your app usage logs, "Time Currency" balance, achievements, and app configurations are stored strictly on your device or in your private iCloud account via Apple's secure storage systems.

2. Screen Time (FamilyControls)

Delta uses Apple's FamilyControls and DeviceActivity APIs to manage app restrictions and monitor usage.

  • Local Enforcement: All app monitoring and blocking happens locally on your device through iOS system extensions (STMonitorExtension, STShieldAction).
  • Privacy Shield: Due to Apple's privacy-focused design, Delta only sees opaque identifiers of the apps you select. We do not have access to your browsing history, messages, passwords, or the content within other apps.
  • Managed Access: Permission to use these APIs must be granted by you through the system prompt and can be revoked at any time in the iOS Settings app.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions (Delta Pro).

  • Anonymous Processing: RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription status information using anonymous identifiers. They do not receive your personal identity, email, or credit card details.
  • Data Usage: This data is used solely to verify your access to premium features and to manage subscription entitlements across your devices.
  • Apple Payments: All financial transactions are handled by Apple's App Store. We only receive anonymous receipts to verify status.

4. Diagnostics and Support

If you contact us via email (support@deltafocus.space) for support, we will only use your email address to respond to your inquiry. We do not use this email for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.

5. Children's Privacy

Delta is designed to be safe for all ages. Since we do not collect any personal data, we do not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from children under 13.

6. Your Rights

Since all your data is stored locally on your device:

  • You can delete all your data at any time by simply uninstalling the app.
  • You can manage your Screen Time permissions through the iOS Settings app at any time.
